At Stockyards City Equipment & Rental, we do not offer online checkout. All purchases are completed in-store or over the phone with the assistance of our sales team. This policy outlines how shipping and delivery are handled for the products we sell.
1. No Online Checkout or Automated Shipping
Our website does not support online ordering or automated shipping calculations. All orders must be placed directly with our staff, who will confirm availability, shipping options, and delivery costs before completing the transaction.
2. Shipping for Parts & Accessories
We offer shipping for parts and accessories purchased in-store or by phone.
Shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Customers will be informed of shipping costs before the order is finalized.
- Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking information will be provided when applicable.
- Special-order or oversized items may require additional handling time.
3. Delivery of Serialized Equipment
Serialized equipment such as UTVs, ATVs, engines, and large machinery cannot be shipped through traditional parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Due to size and weight, these items require specialized transportation.
Local Delivery (Within 40 Miles)
For delivery addresses within approximately 40 miles of our business location, we typically use our own trucks and trailers to deliver equipment directly to the customer.
Long-Distance Delivery (Over 40 Miles)
For deliveries beyond 40 miles, we generally coordinate shipping with a third-party logistics (freight) provider. Delivery times and costs depend on the customer's location, equipment size, and carrier availability.
Customers will receive delivery estimates and pricing before the order is finalized. Shipping fees for serialized equipment are non-refundable once the shipment has been scheduled.

5. Damage During Transport
For equipment delivered using our trucks and trailers, customers are encouraged to inspect the equipment upon arrival.
For deliveries made by third-party logistics companies, the customer is responsible for noting any visible damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and contacting the carrier regarding damage claims. We will assist customers in the claim process when possible.
