At Stockyards City Equipment & Rental , we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because our business model involves in-store and phone-based transactions only, all sales are handled personally by our staff to ensure accuracy and customer understanding before final purchase.
1. No Returns or Refunds on Serialized Equipment
Due to the nature of powersports and outdoor power equipment, all sales of serialized units are final, including but not limited to:
- UTVs and ATVs
- Motorized vehicles
- Mowers
- Engines
- Any equipment with a VIN or serial number
Once a serialized unit is purchased, no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted.
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer according to their applicable warranty terms.
2. Returns for Parts & Accessories
Customers may return eligible non-serialized parts and accessories under the following conditions:
Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds typically process within 5 business days.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- New
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In the original packaging
Items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage cannot be accepted.
3. Electrical Parts — No Returns
Due to the high risk of damage during installation and diagnostic uncertainty, electrical parts are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Sensors
- Switches
- Wiring components
- Electronic control units
- Electrical accessories
All sales of electrical parts are final.
4. No Online Checkout
We do not offer online checkout or online payment processing through our website. All purchases are completed in person at our business location or over the phone with our staff. This process helps ensure proper fitment, model verification, availability confirmation, and customer satisfaction prior to completing any sale.
5. Special Orders
Special-order parts or accessories that are not normally stocked are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the manufacturer accepts a return. If a manufacturer-approved return is granted, additional restocking and freight fees may apply.
6. Refund Processing
For approved returns:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.
- Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total.
Shipping or delivery fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
